Many people find time with our animals calming and comforting, and sessions often spark conversation and connection, whether in care homes, ALN groups or wellbeing settings.
Our animals are given choice and control in their interactions, with rest breaks during sessions, enrichment and regular rest days. If an animal isn’t comfortable, it doesn’t take part.
We actively promote responsible pet ownership and are always looking for ways to reduce our environmental impact.
We are members of the Association of British Wild Animal Keepers (ABWAK), the British Herpetological Society (BHS), the International Herpetological Society (IHS), REPTA and Responsible Reptile Keeping. We’re registered with Swansea Council under the Performing Animals (Regulation) Act 1925 (ref 090230), and hold APHA animal transporter authorisation.
Whether it’s a birthday party, an ALN session, a staff wellbeing day or a school visit, every session is planned around the people taking part and the animals’ welfare.
